Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Trainer role based in Al Khobar. The Graphic Design Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training in graphic design tools, techniques, and industry best practices to learners at different levels. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, teaching and demonstrating design concepts and software, guiding learners through practical projects, and providing ongoing feedback on assignments and portfolios. The trainer will participate in developing and updating curricula to align with current design trends and job market needs, and will support assessments, grading, and reporting learner progress. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and administrative staff to ensure a high-quality learning environment and adherence to accreditation and institutional standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills to effectively deliver graphic design concepts to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create, refine, and structure graphic design courses and training materials.
• Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to guide learners in creative problem-solving and user-centered design processes.
• Relevant experience in graphic design, including proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools), and a strong portfolio of work.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, with strong presentation and classroom management skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in vocational or professional training settings and familiarity with competency-based education or TVTC standards is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in an on-site teaching environment in Al Khobar, and commitment to inclusive, learner.
