المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على المجتمعات عبر الإنترنت وخارجها وضمان التفاعل المستمر عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ونقاط التواصل مع العلامة التجارية.
- الرد على الرسائل والتعليقات وإدارة الاستفسارات وتقديم دعم عملاء احترافي يعكس صوت العلامة التجارية.
- التعاون مع فرق الإبداع والتسويق لتخطيط الحملات وجمع ملاحظات المجتمع وإعداد تقارير عن مقاييس التفاعل لتحسين استراتيجيات المجتمع.
