المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل في الموقع في الرياض بدوام كامل ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية والإنشائية بنجاح.
- تطوير وصيانة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وتنسيق المواعيد النهائية مع الفرق الداخلية والأطراف الخارجية.
- مراقبة التقدم مقابل المعالم والميزانيات وتحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم المنتظمة وجمع والتحقق من بيانات المشروع وتحديث أدوات التخطيط.
- دعم تخصيص الموارد والمشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع لضمان تواصل واضح وتنسيق.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات التخطيط وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الشركة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الصناعية، إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في مشاريع الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشاءات مع فهم دورات حياة المشاريع وعمليات الموقع.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو المشاريع الصناعية في الشرق الأوسط (ميزة إضافية).
- إلمام بمعايير الصناعة ذات الصلة ومتطلبات الجودة والسلامة وأفضل الممارسات في التحكم بالمشاريع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها وتنسيقها باستخدام أدوات معيارية (مثل Primavera P6, MS Project).
- القدرة على تحليل بيانات المشروع وإجراء تحليل التباين والمخاطر وتطوير خطط تخفيف عملية.
- إتقان إعداد التقارير الواضحة ولوحات المعلومات والعروض التقديمية لأصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين.
- مهارات اتصال وتعاون فعالة للعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في الموقع.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة ومواعيد نهائية.

- Ability to analyze project data, perform variance and risk analysis, and develop practical mitigation plans.
- Experience in civil engineering or construction projects, with understanding of project lifecycles and site operations.
- Proficiency in preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, quality and safety requirements, and best practices in project control.
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with data and planning documentation.
