المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تنفيذ استراتيجيات الشركة بشكل صحيح وموحد.
- إجراء زيارات بيعية تستهدف المناطق ذات المبيعات العالية لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة.
- تطوير فرص عمل جديدة مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين في المنطقة المخصصة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات وثيقة مع الحسابات الرئيسية وضمان تلبية متطلباتهم قدر الإمكان.
- تقييم الاحتياجات الحالية والمخطط لها للعملاء وتقديم المشورة بشأن تطبيق منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
- تمثيل Abbott بطريقة مهنية تتناسب مع صورة الشركة، وضمان توافق الأنشطة مع المعايير القانونية والأخلاقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الطب.
- التراخيص: هيئة التخصصات الصحية السعودية (SCHS).
- اللغة: إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- الخبرة: 0-2 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض مع قدرات تواصل شخصية قوية.
- الانضباط والمرونة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

What You’ll Work On
- Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
- Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met where possible.
- Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities stay in sync with legal and ethical standards.
