المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإنشاء ونشر محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الذي يسلط الضوء على حلول المطابخ والخدمات والقيم التجارية للشركة عبر المنصات ذات الصلة.
- إدارة جداول وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ومراقبة التفاعل، والرد على استفسارات الجمهور، وتحليل مقاييس الأداء لتحسين الحملات.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات لمواءمة جهود وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مع الأهداف التسويقية الأوسع.
- دعم مبادرات الإعلانات الرقمية والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق الرقمي لتخطيط وتنفيذ حملات فعّالة عبر الإنترنت.
- مهارات في إنشاء محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق لتطوير منشورات جذابة ودعم الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية للتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والتفاعل مع الجماهير عبر الإنترنت.
- خبرة ذات صلة في إدارة حسابات العلامات التجارية على المنصات الاجتماعية الرئيسية (مثل Instagram، TikTok، X، Facebook، LinkedIn) مفضلة.
