IT System Administrator

Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site IT System Administrator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining servers, workstations, networks, and core IT systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance. The role includes system administration, infrastructure monitoring, backups, user access management, troubleshooting, and technical support.

The successful candidate will also coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain IT documentation, implement best practices for data protection and access control, and support engineering and operations teams in meeting their IT infrastructure requirements.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware and software.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical support and ensure high system availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco are an advantage.
