Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: 6 Working Days per Week + One Weekly Day Off

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Saudi fresh graduates to join our team as Community Specialists. If you are passionate about social media, customer engagement, and digital communication, this is a great opportunity to start and grow your career in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews across social media platforms.
• Engage with online communities and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Monitor brand mentions and online conversations.
• Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments when required.
• Track community engagement and provide feedback and insights.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
