Job Description - Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, including experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong reporting, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
