About Well Way

Well Way is a technology company providing integrated marketing, digital, and business solutions through its Agency Division. We are seeking an experienced Agency Director to lead the division, drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Position Summary

The Agency Director is responsible for leading the Agency Division and overseeing its operational and commercial performance. The role requires a strategic leader capable of aligning multiple departments, strengthening client relationships, improving service quality, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and lead cross-functional teams to achieve the agency's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Agency Division and oversee its overall performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
• Ensure operational excellence across all agency departments.
• Oversee Client Accounts, Marketing, Business Development, PR & Content, and Projects & Technology.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, services, and operational efficiency.
• Develop new services and strategic partnerships that support business growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing managers and teams.
• Represent the Agency Division in executive meetings, client engagements, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in business development, agency operations, and client relationship management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, project management, and integrated marketing communications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
