المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم عند وصولهم إلى المطعم
- إدارة الحجوزات وتوجيه الضيوف إلى مقاعدهم
- تقديم قوائم الطعام للضيوف وإبلاغهم بالعروض الخاصة
- استلام معاطف الضيوف وممتلكاتهم وتخزينها بأمان
- مراقبة تدفق منطقة تناول الطعام والتنسيق مع طاقم الخدمة
- الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية ومساعدة الضيوف في الاستفسارات والحجوزات
- التعامل مع شكاوى وطلبات الضيوف بطريقة مهنية

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seat guests accordingly
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Take guests' coats and belongings and store them securely
- Monitor the flow of the dining area and coordinate with the waiting staff
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
- Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner
- Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
