طيران الرياض، شركة الطيران الوطنية الجديدة المقرّها في العاصمة السعودية، تبحث عن مراقب واجب الطاقم (Crew Duty Controller) للعمل في منطقة الرياض ضمن مركز التحكم في العمليات (OCC) ومركز عمليات الطاقم في بيئة ديناميكية على مدار الساعة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفة مراقب واجب الطاقم، ستلعب دوراً محورياً في الإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية العالمية لجميع طاقم الطائرة والمقصورة، وضمان الإدارة السلسة لموارد الطاقم، ودعم عمليات طيران آمنة وفعالة ومنخفضة التكلفة. ستشرف على جداول الطاقم، والامتثال التنظيمي، وجاهزية الطاقم، وإدارة حالات الطوارئ والاضطرابات التشغيلية، مع ضمان مواءمة عمليات الطاقم مع أهداف العمل الأوسع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وإدارة جداول الطاقم وضمان الامتثال الكامل لقيود وقت الرحلة (FDTL)، وإدارة مخاطر الإرهاق، ولوائح الطيران (GACA، IATA، ICAO).
- قيادة الاستجابة للاضطرابات التشغيلية مثل تأخير الرحلات والإلغاء وحالات الطوارئ وإعادة التوجيه، مع الحفاظ على جاهزية الطاقم ورفاهيتهم.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال للطاقم والإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، مع إبلاغ التغييرات وحل الحوادث وتقديم مدخلات حاسمة لقرارات نشر الطاقم.
- التعاون مع عمليات المطار ومركز التحكم في العمليات (OCC) والجهات التنظيمية لضمان التنسيق السلس للطاقم، ودفع التحسين المستمر من خلال تحليل أداء النوبات واقتراح الحلول لتعزيز الكفاءة ورضا الطاقم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مراقبة الطاقم أو جدولة الطاقم أو التخطيط، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في دور إشرافي.
- فهم متين لعمليات شركات الطيران ولوائح الطيران.
- القدرة المثبتة على إدارة الاضطرابات واتخاذ قرارات قائمة على البيانات في الوقت المناسب تحت الضغط.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة (الصف 12) مع خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في بيئة تشغيلية.
- الشهادات الإضافية في عمليات الطيران أو إدارة موارد الطاقم تعتبر ميزة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب، وإجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات غير منتظمة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة إدارة الطاقم وأدوات Microsoft Office.

About The Role

As a Crew Duty Controller, You Will

- Act as a point of contact for crew, senior management, and key stakeholders-communicating changes, resolving incidents, and providing critical input for crew deployment decisions.
- Collaborate with airport operations, OCC, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless crew coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing shift performance and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and crew satisfaction.
What You Bring
Experience & Knowledge
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in crew control, crew scheduling, or planning-preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations.
- Proven ability to manage disruptions and make timely, data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in crew management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting crew in a dynamic operational environment.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma (Grade 12) with a minimum of 4 years’ vocational experience in an operational setting.
- Additional certifications in aviation operations or crew resource management are an asset.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
