نبذة عن الوظيفة
الوظيفة بدوام كامل وتتطلب التواجد في موقع العمل بمنطقة الرياض. سيكون السائق مسؤولاً عن تشغيل الشاحنات المخصصة بأمان، ونقل البضائع والمواد إلى الوجهات المحددة، والالتزام بجميع إجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والسيارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل الشاحنات المخصصة بأمان ووفقاً لسياسات الشركة.
- إجراء فحوصات شاملة قبل الرحلة وبعدها لضمان سلامة المركبة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المركبة ومظهرها الجيد.
- توثيق مستندات التسليم وإكمال تقارير النقل.
- الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي مشكلات صيانة أو أعطال.
- التفاعل المهني مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد.
- المرونة في العمل بساعات وطرق مختلفة لدعم الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية وتعليمات التوصيل بدقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قيادة الشاحنات وخبرة في تشغيل الشاحنات التجارية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية صالحة للمركبات الثقيلة (CDL Class A أو ما يعادلها) مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتنسيق مع قسم التوزيع والمشرفين وأعضاء الفريق.
- قدرات خدمة عملاء للتفاعل المهني مع العملاء أثناء الاستلام والتسليم.
- معرفة أساسية بسلامة المركبات وإجراءات الفحص واللوائح المرورية المحلية.
- القدرة على اتباع الطرق والجداول الزمنية وتعليمات التوصيل مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالمواعيد.
- القدرة البدنية على التعامل مع مهام التحميل والتفريغ عند الحاجة والعمل في ظروف جوية متغيرة.

- Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.

- Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks as required and work in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in facilities management, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.
