نقدم لكم فرصة عمل كمشرف موقع (Site Supervisor) لدى شركة Cubic Corporation في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يشرف المشرف على متخصصي الأجهزة والبرمجيات (موظفين ومقاولين من الباطن)، ويدير وينفذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح لجميع معدات وأنظمة ACMI وفق المعايير الفنية المطلوبة داخل منشأة الإصلاح ومناطق العمليات الجوية. كما يتعامل مباشرة مع جميع مستويات القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية (RSAF)، ويؤدي مهاماً إضافية كمشغل نظام العرض الرقمي (DDSO) وأخصائي إصلاح الأجهزة (Pod Tech). يقدم تقارير تعاقدية أسبوعية وشهرية وسنوية عن حالة المعدات وتوفرها ونجاحها خلال التمارين التدريبية. يرفع المشرف تقاريره إلى مدير البرنامج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على فريق دعم ACMI بما فيهم Pod Techs و DDSOs (الموظفين والمقاولين وأفراد RSAF المكلفين بدعم ACMI).
  • الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية الروتينية لجميع المعدات الإلكترونية الموكلة وتنفيذها.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات ورسومات الأسلاك وتعليمات الاختبار ومواصفات العملاء لتحديد معدات الاختبار المطلوبة.
  • تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية لـ RSAF أثناء استلام وتوزيع معدات ACMI، بما في ذلك تجهيز المعدات وتوثيق جميع عمليات الإرجاع مع ضمان المساءلة الكاملة لحالة الخدمة والتشغيل في جميع الأوقات.
  • تشغيل وتحديث قاعدة بيانات المستودع لتتبع ACMI وإعداد التقارير لضمان توفر قطع الغيار بنسبة 100% وإحصائيات الصيانة في الوقت المطلوب.
  • إدارة وتشغيل أقسام المستودع وورشة الإصلاح يومياً، وتخطيط الموارد وفقاً لاحتياجات الشركة و RSAF.
  • قيادة وتحفيز وتطوير جميع موظفي ACMI لتحقيق احتياجات العمل الحالية والمستقبلية.
  • إعداد خطة تغطية للموارد للإصدار والصيانة والإصلاح خلال فترات التمارين.
  • التحكم ومراقبة ومراجعة شحنات واستلامات المعدات.
  • مراقبة ومراجعة وتقييم جميع ممارسات العمل والإجراءات الإدارية لموظفي مستودع وورشة إصلاح ACMI.
  • إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وسنوية وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية مع RSAF ومدير البرنامج.
  • إجراء جرد دوري للمستودع والورشة وفقاً لسياسات RSAF والشركة.
  • الإشراف اليومي وضمان المساءلة الكاملة بنسبة 100% لجميع الوثائق والمعدات والأدوات المصنفة، وإنشاء ثقافة اليقظة والإشراف على جميع الفحوصات الأمنية وتوفير تدريب أمني تصنيفي منتظم وفوري لجميع الموظفين والمقاولين في مناطق ACMI.
  • الاستجابة الفورية لجميع الاستفسارات الأمنية أو التصنيفية وفقاً لمتطلبات الحكومة والشركة.
  • العمل كفريق واحد ودعم الزملاء في مهامهم عند الحاجة لضمان تقديم الخدمة بنجاح للعميل.
  • الامتثال لقيم الشركة وجميع السياسات والإجراءات، خاصة مدونة قواعد السلوك والجودة والأمن والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من مدير البرنامج بين الحين والآخر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (إلكترونيات، طيران، اتصالات) أو ما يعادلها، أو 12+ سنة في مجال تقني عسكري.
  • 3+ سنوات خبرة إدارية، أو 5+ سنوات كمساعد مدير في دور تقني.
  • معرفة متعمقة بتقنيات الرادار والراديو.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثاً.
  • القدرة على الحصول على تصريح أمني وطني من وزارة الدفاع السعودية والاحتفاظ به (مطلوب).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • يفضل الخدمة العسكرية في التخصصات الفنية التالية: القوات الجوية الأمريكية / مشاة البحرية الأمريكية / البحرية الأمريكية / الجيش الأمريكي: محمل أسلحة طيران، فني إلكترونيات طيران، كهربائي، مشغل رادار دفاع جوي، فني رادار، فني اتصالات، فني طائرات بدون طيار، فني إصلاح رادار مدفعية دفاع جوي، فني أسلحة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات (المخططات).
  • القدرة على التدريب والإرشاد.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مثبتة (TOEFL، STEP معتمد).
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية على جميع المستويات.
  • اجتهاد مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على حل المشكلات وإيجاد حلول فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق نحو أهداف فردية ومشتركة.

Job Details:

Job Summary:

  • Supervises Hardware and Software Specialists (both employees and sub-contractors). Manages and performs repair and maintenance of all ACMI Hardware and Software Equipment and Subsystems to the required technical standards and carries out duties within the Repair Facility as well as in the Flight Operations Areas.
  • Regularly interfaces on-site with all levels of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Command Teams as required.
  • In addition the candidate supports exercises and performs additional duties as both a Digital Display System Operator (DDSO) and Hardware Repair Specialist (Pod Tech).
  • Meets all contractual reporting obligations to the customer to include but not limited to weekly, monthly and annual status reports on servicability of equipment, availability of equipment, availability and success of equipment during training exercises.
  • Candidate reports to Program Manager


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ACMI support staff including Pod Techs and DDSOs (employees, sub-contractors and RSAF personnel assigned to support ACMI).
  • Oversee and perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned electronic equipment.
  • Reads and interprets schematic, parts/wire diagrams, established test instructions/procedures, and customer specifications to determine required test equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the RSAF during issue and receipt of ACMI equipment, including preparation of equipment for issue as well as documenting all return of equipment providing 100% accountability of the serviceability and operability of the ACMI equipment at all times.
  • Operate and update the warehouse database for ACMI tracking and reports to ensure 100% parts availability and maintenance timeliness statistics are provided as required.
  • Manage and run the Warehouse and Workshop Repair departments on a day to day basis and plan resources in line with Company and RSAF operational needs.
  • Lead, motivate and develop all ACMI employees to achieve current and future business needs.
  • Produce a resources coverage plan for issue, maintenance and repair during exercise periods.
  • Control, monitor and audit equipment shipping and receipts.
  • Monitor, review and evaluate all work practices and administrative procedures for the ACMI Warehouse and Workshop Repair employees.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports in accordance with contractual obligations to the RSAF and the Program Manager.
  • Conducts regular Workshop & Warehouse inventories in compliance with RSAF and company policies
  • Daily Oversee and Maintain 100% accountability of all Classified Documents, Equipment and associated tools, establishing a culture of vigilance overseeing and performing 100% of all Security Checks, and providing regular and on-the-spot Classification Security Training of all employees and subcontractors in the ACMI areas.
  • Provides immediate responsiveness to all Security or Classification Inquiries in compliance with all governmental and company requirements.
  • Work as one team and support colleagues with their duties when required to ensure the successful provision of service to the customer

Minimum Job Requirements:

Essential

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aviation, Communication) or equivalent (or) 12+ years in military-related technical field
  • 3+ years management experience (or) 5+ years as assistant manager in technical role
  • Must have an in depth knowledge of radar and radio technologies
  • English Proficiency, skilled in reading, speaking and writing
  • Ability to have, obtain and maintain a (KSA-MOD) National Security Clearance is Required


Desirable

  • Military service is preferred from the following technical specialties US Air Force / US Marine Corps / US Navy / US Army:
