Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the company’s restaurant and café brands. This role manages staffing levels, work schedules, and performance standards to ensure seamless service and efficient workflows. The Operations Manager monitors operational KPIs, controls costs, and coordinates with procurement, finance, and marketing to maintain quality and profitability. They are accountable for enforcing company policies, health and safety standards, and service protocols, while continuously improving processes and guest experience. The role also includes coaching and developing team leaders, supporting new branch openings, and implementing operational initiatives aligned with the company’s growth strategy and hospitality vision.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including multi-unit supervision, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse frontline and supervisory staff.
• Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, cost control, and using data and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Knowledge of F&B best practices, including inventory control, supply chain coordination, quality assurance, and health and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, crisis management, and implementing process improvements in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English are strongly preferred, along with familiarity with Saudi market dynamics and Vision 2030 objectives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site in Medina with flexibility for peak hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
