شركة عبدالله عبدالعزيز البراك وأولاده تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أول مدني (Sr. Engineer - Civil) للعمل في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية (SMP) بالظهران، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيام بأنشطة الهندسة الأولية والتفصيلية بما في ذلك إعداد طلبات الاعتماد المبدئي، وإعداد خطة تنفيذ المشروع، وتحليل تقديرات طلب الإنفاق التفصيلي، وإعداد عقد الهندسة التفصيلية.
  • إعداد مواصفات شراء المواد ومواصفات نظام مواد أرامكو السعودية (SAMSS) وتقييم عطاءات الموردين.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة مرحلة الإنشاء بما في ذلك وضع اللمسات النهائية لخطط بدء التشغيل، وإنهاء التوصيلات والواجهات مع المرافق القائمة، ومراقبة نطاق المشروع وتكاليفه وجدوله الزمني.
  • إعداد مستندات التعاقد على الإنشاء بما في ذلك حزم المناقصات.
  • دعم تطوير الحلول وأسس التصميم للمشاريع الجديدة والتعديلات، مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التشغيل والسلامة.
  • جمع وتحليل بيانات الأداء والدراسات لتقييم الكودات والمعايير والعوامل الاقتصادية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها من برنامج معتمد ومعترف به.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال إدارة المشاريع، مع تفضيل 7 سنوات خبرة في مشاريع المباني أو المشاريع السكنية أو ما يماثلها.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة ممتازة بمبادئ الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
  • القدرة على إجراء التحليلات الهندسية والإنشائية وحل تحديات المشاريع.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة للتعامل مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

  • Perform preliminary/detailed engineering activities including preliminary fund requisitions, project execution Plan preparation, producing detailed Expenditure Request (ER) estimate analysis, Preparing the contract for detailed engineering
  • Preparation of Material Procurement/Saudi Aramco Material System Specification (SAMSS) and supplier bid evaluations
  • Perform construction phase activities including Finalize Planning for Startup, Finalize Tie-ins/Interfaces to Existing Facilities, Monitor/Control project Scope, cost and schedule
  • Preparation of Construction contract procurement documents including Bid Packages
  • Support the development of solutions and design bases for new construction and modifications, ensuring compliance with operating and safety requirements
  • Initiate and assemble performance data and studies to evaluate codes, standards, and economic factors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and approved program
  • 10 years of experience in project management field, with a preference for 7 years' experience in buildings, residential projects or similar projects
  • You will have excellent communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English is required
