Job Purpose

To support the upkeep of residential buildings by performing minor maintenance tasks, assisting with BMS operations, and reporting issues to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

Key Accountability Areas

Maintenance & BMS Support:

• Perform minor emergency maintenance tasks across residential buildings to ensure safe and functional living environments.
• Assist the Maintenance Engineer in the daily operation and monitoring of the Building Management System (BMS).

Inspections & Reporting:

• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of all residential facilities, identifying and reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and report findings promptly to the maintenance supervisor or engineer for appropriate action.

General Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building policies during maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and resident satisfaction.
