يقوم المراقب المالي بالإشراف على العمليات المالية للشركة، بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات، التنبؤات المالية، والتقارير المالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. يتضمن الدور أيضاً تحليل البيانات المالية، مراقبة التدفقات النقدية، إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، وضمان دقة قيود الأستاذ العام. كما يتحمل مسؤولية الحفاظ على الرقابة الداخلية، دعم عمليات التدقيق، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المحلية. يتعاون المراقب المالي مع القيادة وفرق المشاريع لتقييم ربحية الفعاليات، تحسين هياكل التكاليف، وتقديم رؤى مالية تعزز الأداء العام للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية (الميزانية العمومية، قائمة الدخل، قائمة التدفقات النقدية).
- مراقبة التدفقات النقدية وإدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
- ضمان دقة قيود الأستاذ العام وإجراء التسويات المحاسبية.
- الحفاظ على نظام الرقابة الداخلية ودعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المحلية.
- التعاون مع الإدارة وفرق المشاريع لتقييم ربحية الفعاليات وتحسين هياكل التكاليف.
- تقديم رؤى وتقارير مالية تدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل CPA أو CMA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة الفعاليات، الضيافة، أو بيئة عمل قائمة على المشاريع تفضل.
- القدرة على العمل في موقع الشركة بجدة والتكيف مع بيئة سريعة الخطى ومواعيد نهائية ضاغطة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتحليل المالي (إعداد الميزانيات، التنبؤات، تحليل التباين).
- إتقان إعداد التقارير المالية وإدارة الأستاذ العام.
- خبرة في تطبيق والحفاظ على الرقابة الداخلية والامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية.
- القدرة على إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة وتسويتها والإشراف على الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية.
- معرفة متقدمة ببرامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP، بالإضافة إلى إتقان Excel وتحليل البيانات.

- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger management, and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting internal and external audits.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting activities.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or a project-based business environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jiddah and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
