المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
- إدارة أداء الفريق وتحقيق معايير الجودة والتميز التشغيلي.
- ضمان رضا العملاء ومعالجة الاستفسارات والمشكلات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فريق الإدارة لدعم الأهداف التشغيلية.
- المساعدة في إعداد جداول الموظفين.
