شركة Talents First Global تعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير أمن سيبراني (Cyber Security Director) لصالح جهة مرموقة في قطاع التأمين المنظم بالمملكة، مقر العمل الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير بنية أنظمة الأمن بما يتوافق مع التهديدات السيبرانية المتطورة وأهداف العمل.
- قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث بعد الاختراق، وإجراء تحليلات الأثر، ووضع خطط قابلة للتنفيذ لتخفيف المخاطر.
- الإشراف على بروتوكولات إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) لحماية الأصول والبيانات الحساسة عبر المؤسسة.
- إدارة علاقات البائعين الخارجيين والأطراف الثالثة، بما في ذلك مراجعات الأمن والامتثال.
- ضمان الامتثال القوي للهيئات التنظيمية مثل IA وCCHI من خلال سياسات وضوابط تُراجع باستمرار.
- قيادة استراتيجية أمن سيبراني ديناميكية تدمج أحدث المعلومات الاستخباراتية والاتجاهات والتحديثات التنظيمية.
- تقديم إحاطات للفريق التنفيذي ومجلس الإدارة، والعمل كمستشار رئيسي وشريك استراتيجي عبر جميع الإدارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 10-12 سنة في قيادة الأمن السيبراني، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع التأمين أو الصناعات شديدة التنظيم.
- خبرة مثبتة في بنية الأمن السيبراني، والاستجابة للحوادث، والامتثال التنظيمي.
- مفكر استراتيجي مع خبرة عملية في إدارة منظومات البائعين، بروتوكولات IAM، وأطر المخاطر السيبرانية.
- إلمام تام بالأطر والمعايير مثل ISO, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
- كفاءة تقنية عبر أنظمة Windows, Linux, UNIX، البرمجة الآمنة، وتقنيات كشف التهديدات.
- حيازة شهادات رئيسية: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT أو ما يعادلها.

We Are Hiring - Cyber Security Director | Saudi Arabia
A prominent organization within Saudi Arabia's regulated insurance sector is seeking a Cyber Security Director to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and resilience. Reporting to executive leadership with visibility to the Board, this is a high-impact leadership role at the core of regulatory alignment and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve security systems architecture, aligning with emerging cyber threats and business objectives.
- Lead post-breach incident investigations, conduct impact analyses, and develop actionable risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee identity and access management protocols, safeguarding critical assets and data across the organization.
- Manage external vendor and third-party relationships, including security audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure robust compliance with IA, CCHI, and other regulatory bodies through continuously reviewed policies and controls.
- Champion a dynamic cybersecurity strategy, integrating the latest intelligence, trends, and regulatory updates.
- Brief the executive team and Board, acting as a key advisor and strategic partner across all departments.
What We're Looking For:
- 10-12 years in cybersecurity leadership, preferably in insurance or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity architecture, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing vendor ecosystems, IAM protocols, and cyber risk frameworks.
- Fluent in frameworks and standards such as ISO, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Technical proficiency across Windows, Linux, UNIX, secure coding, and threat detection technologies.
- Holds key certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or equivalent.
- Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open only to Saudi Nationals.
