Job Purpose:
Executing HC services activities in regions such as data entry, data collection and reports development to provide needed support for the implementation of talent acquisition, talent management and HC services activities in line with HC policies and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).
- Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Organize tasks and implement policies, processes, procedures, forms, and tools.
- Collect data concerning regional recruitment needs and assist in developing requirements reports accordingly for decision-making purposes.
- Support in internal and external hiring activities and coordinate with external recruitment agencies/ platforms when needed.
- Collect data and support the development of job offers for selected candidates ensuring all relevant information and position requirements are presented clearly.
- Participate in conducting induction sessions for new joiners to introduce culture, values, management, location, policies, and procedures, etc.
- Collect all documents related to new joiners and support the preparation of formalities including the necessary prerequisites such as registering employees to the HC system, acquiring security clearance, allocating office space, requesting IT related tools, providing work-related equipment, etc.
- Participate in the performance evaluation of employees by initiating reviews and appraisals, collecting and consolidating performance results, performing basic analysis, and presenting results ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the implementation of compensation and benefits scheme and procedures to ensure fairness and equity in rewarding employees
- Participate in the assessment of training needs and accordingly draft the regions’ training plans and budget in line with set policies and regulations
- Support payroll activities, benefits transactions processing and continuous update of transactions into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Integrate records and data related to regional employees in the HCIS.
- Administer employee relations and coordinate employee services including contract renewal, leaves tracking, health insurance, grievance, etc.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant fields.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
