شركة نجوم العلا لمحدودة (Rising Commercial)، وهي شركة سعودية تعمل في قطاعات متعددة تشمل التجارة الإلكترونية وإكسسوارات الجوال وحلول الشحن، تبحث عن أخصائي تجارة إلكترونية ومتخصص في منصة Salla للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. الوظيفة دوام كامل وحضوري.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتحسين متجر Salla ومنصات التجارة الإلكترونية الأخرى للشركة.
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ الحملات الترويجية والعروض والمبيعات الموسمية.
  • تحسين قوائم المنتجات والفئات والتسعير والتوزيع التجاري.
  • مراقبة أداء المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتجارة الإلكترونية.
  • تحسين معدلات التحويل ومتوسط قيمة الطلب والاحتفاظ بالعملاء.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والتصميم والعمليات لإطلاق المنتجات والحملات.
  • تحليل سلوك العملاء والتوصية باستراتيجيات لزيادة المبيعات عبر الإنترنت.
  • ضمان توفر المنتجات والحفاظ على دقة محتوى المتجر.
  • مواكبة أحدث ميزات Salla وأفضل الممارسات في التجارة الإلكترونية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة متاجر Salla.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات التجارة الإلكترونية والتسويق الرقمي.
  • خبرة في أدوات التسويق الخاصة بـ Salla والعروض والحملات التخفيضية.
  • القدرة على تحليل بيانات المبيعات واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم.
  • خبرة في إعلانات Meta أو Google أو Snapchat أو TikTok تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل (وليس شرطًا) الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Salla Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and growing our online stores, with a primary focus on the Salla platform.

The successful candidate will optimize store performance, execute promotional campaigns, manage product listings, analyze sales data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales and improve the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the company's Salla store and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
  • Optimize product listings, categories, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to launch products and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to increase online sales.
  • Ensure product availability and maintain accurate store content.
  • Stay up to date with Salla features and e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications
  • Saudi National.
  • Proven experience managing Salla stores.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Salla marketing tools, promotions, and discount campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Meta, Google, Snapchat, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
