تعلن شركة Azeus Systems Limited عن توفر وظيفة Systems Engineer للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم لمنتجها Azeus Convene في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد الخوادم مع تطبيق إجراءات الحماية (hardening) وسياسات جدران الحماية بين الخوادم.
  • تنفيذ التطبيقات التي طورتها Azeus في البيئات السحابية (AWS، Azure، السحابة السعودية، وغيرها).
  • قيادة عملية تنفيذ التطبيقات التي طورتها Azeus في مقر العميل، بما في ذلك إعدادات الحماية وسياسات جدران الحماية.
  • تحديد وتحليل مشكلات تكامل الأنظمة.
  • حل مشكلات الخوادم من خلال تحديد السبب الجذري واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية.
  • صياغة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية للمشكلات المتكررة، وإجراءات وقائية لمنع حدوثها مجدداً.
  • تحديد المهام المتكررة واقتراح أدوات لأتمتتها.
  • التواجد على مدار الساعة (on-call) لدعم حالات الدعم الفني.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • سرعة التعلم ومهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن قيود الوقت.
  • المرونة والقدرة على التكيف مع جداول المناوبات المتغيرة، بما في ذلك العمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية وفي مناطق زمنية مختلفة.

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Systems Engineer to be part of our growing support team for our product, Azeus Convene. Azeus Convene is a multi-awarded meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Leadership Teams. As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement systems architectures to ensure security frameworks. You will lead and coordinate with systems administrators and all project team members in managing system configuration and setting up and maintaining the most cost-effective and efficient hardware and software to satisfy project requirements.

Requirements

You will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities:

  • Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers o Implement applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.)
  • Lead the implementation of applications developed by Azeus in client premises. You will be prepared to handle server and application software hardening, firewall policies setup, etc.
  • Identify and analyze system integration problems
  • Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions
  • Formulate and implement corrective actions in case problem re-occurs Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent the issue from happening again
  • Identify tasks that are recurrent and recommend tools to automate those tasks
  • On-call for support cases What we are looking for:
  • Fast learner and with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good organization skills and can work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Flexible and can adapt to changing shift schedules as you may be assigned to work on weekends, holidays and on different time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
