Mindray تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس تكامل أنظمة التشخيص المخبري (IVD) في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مسؤول عن تركيب ونشر وتنفيذ وتدريب المستخدمين والدعم الفني لحلول المعلوماتية المخبرية.
  • قيادة عمليات التكامل النظامي واختبار الواجهات مع أنظمة المستشفى (HIS, LIS, EMR) والأنظمة الخارجية الأخرى.
  • التواصل الفعّال مع إدارات تقنية المعلومات في المستشفيات والموردين الخارجيين وفرق التقنية لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبرمجيات وقواعد البيانات والخوادم والشبكات، والتنسيق مع فرق البحث والتطوير والدعم الفني في المقر الرئيسي لحل المشكلات المعقدة.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل فنية رئيسية بين الفرع المحلي والمقر الرئيسي، وتزويده بملاحظات العملاء وتحديثات المشاريع لتحسين المنتج باستمرار.
  • تعزيز رضا العملاء ودعم نمو أعمال المعلوماتية الصحية في المنطقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، المعلوماتية الصحية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات الصحية، أو المعلوماتية المخبرية، أو تنفيذ وتسليم البرمجيات.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة المعلومات الصحية مثل LIS وHIS وEMR، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع التكامل النظامي.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع خوادم Windows/Linux وقواعد بيانات PGSQL ومفاهيم الشبكات الأساسية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرات قوية في التكامل النظامي، واستكشاف أخطاء الواجهات، وحل المشكلات التقنية.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، مع القدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء وفرق المقر الرئيسي.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وخدمة العملاء والتعاون عبر الثقافات.
  • خبرة في مجال صناعة IVD أو المعلوماتية المخبرية أو تنفيذ المشاريع الدولية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

IVD integration Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions;
  • Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems;
  • Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, and coordinate with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems;
  • Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement;
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of regional healthcare informatics business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, or software implementation and delivery;
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects;
  • Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts;
  • Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and headquarters teams;
  • Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills;
  • Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation is preferred.
