The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Real Estate & Development will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the formulation and execution of comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage within the organization’s real estate and development portfolio. Job Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in executive-level roles within real estate development, strategy, or related fields.

• Expertise in strategic planning processes, including goal setting, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams across various functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and market conditions impacting real estate development.
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement, including negotiations with government agencies, investors, and community organizations.
