Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Al Hufuf, with the flexibility to work partially from home. In this role, the person will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms, including short-form videos, images, and copy aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. They will collaborate closely with influencers, internal teams, and partners to develop content calendars, support launches, and respond to audience trends. Daily tasks include monitoring platform performance, engaging with followers, optimizing content based on analytics, and staying up to date with social media best practices and emerging formats. The role also involves supporting brand storytelling, contributing creative ideas, and maintaining consistent visual and verbal identity across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, copywriting for posts, and basic graphic design.
• Experience in social media strategy, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, derive insights, and adjust content based on performance data and trends.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, including coordination with creators and understanding of creator-led campaigns.
• Proficiency with common content and social tools (e.g., Canva or similar design tools, video editing apps, social scheduling platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, ideally within media, entertainment, or influencer-focused organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Al Hufuf, collaborating both in-person and remotely with diverse teams.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
