Job Description:

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Hospital Network is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and advancement of clinical operations across multiple facilities within the network. The CMO will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based medical care that aligns with the organization’s goals to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration with a focus on clinical governance and operations.

• Extensive experience in data-driven decision-making, including proficiency in utilizing healthcare informatics, patient outcomes analysis, and quality improvement methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Job Responsibilities:
