نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستلعب دورًا قياديًا محوريًا في دفع الاستراتيجية المالية للشركة، وتقديم رؤى متقدمة، ودعم اتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية في بيئة SaaS وتقنية عالية النمو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التعاون متعدد الوظائف مع أقسام المحاسبة والعمليات والمبيعات والإدارات الأخرى لجمع البيانات المعقدة وتطوير نماذج مالية متكاملة وتقديم رؤى استراتيجية.
- تقديم تحليل مالي متخصص وقيادة للمشاريع والمبادرات الخاصة ذات الأثر العالي والتخطيط الاستراتيجي حسب توجيهات الإدارة العليا والقيادة التنفيذية.
- الإشراف على عمليات الموافقة الداخلية لمقدمات الميزانية والاستهلاك الفعلي، مع ضمان الالتزام الصارم بالمبادئ التوجيهية للميزانية وسياسات الشركة وبروتوكولات المشتريات.
- قيادة عملية الميزانية السنوية بالشراكة مع رؤساء الأقسام لوضع أهداف مالية طموحة وقابلة للتحقيق ودفع التوافق عبر المؤسسة.
- توجيه إعداد وثائق الميزانية الشاملة وقيادة عروض الميزانية لأصحاب المصلحة والفرق التنفيذية.
- امتلاك تطوير وصيانة التوقعات المتجددة، مع دمج تخطيط السيناريوهات المتقدم والبيانات التاريخية واتجاهات السوق والعوامل الاقتصادية الكلية لتوقع الأداء المستقبلي.
- إجراء تحليل متعمق للانحرافات، وتحديد المحركات الرئيسية والاتجاهات والمخاطر والفرص، والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية للقيادة العليا.
- إجراء تحليل متقدم للربحية والتكلفة-الفائدة على المنتجات والخدمات وشرائح العملاء ووحدات الأعمال لدعم الاستثمارات الاستراتيجية وتخصيص الموارد.
- تصميم وتقديم تقارير مالية ولوحات بيانات ومرئيات على المستوى التنفيذي باستخدام أدوات BI متقدمة لتوصيل مقاييس الأداء والتوقعات والرؤى القابلة للتنفيذ.
- توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء فريق FP&A المبتدئين وتعزيز التطوير المهني وضمان مخرجات عالية الجودة.
- دفع التحسين المستمر في عمليات FP&A والأدوات والمنهجيات لتعزيز الكفاءة والدقة في بيئة تقنية متوسعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة؛ ويفضل درجة الماجستير أو MBA.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل CMA أو CFA أو FMVA مرغوبة بشدة.
- خبرة تقدمية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار FP&A، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب كبير.
- خبرة واسعة في إعداد التقارير الداخلية والخارجية لشركات SaaS وشركات مدعومة برأس المال الاستثماري، بما في ذلك البيانات المالية على مستوى الشركة ومقاييس SaaS الرئيسية (مثل ARR وMRR وchurn وCAC وLTV) وتقارير المستثمرين.

About The Role
As a Specialist in FP&A, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the company's financial strategy, providing advanced insights, and supporting executive decision-making in a high-growth SaaS and tech environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with accounting, operations, sales, and other departments to gather complex data, develop integrated financial models, and deliver strategic insights.
- Provide expert financial analysis and leadership for high-impact special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning as directed by senior management and executive leadership.
- Oversee the internal approval processes for budget submissions and actual consumption, ensuring strict alignment with budgetary guidelines, company policies, and procurement protocols.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads to establish ambitious yet achievable financial targets and drive consensus across the organization.
- Direct the preparation of comprehensive budget documentation and lead budget presentations to stakeholders and executive teams.
- Own the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts, incorporating advanced scenario planning, historical data, market trends, and macroeconomic factors to anticipate future performance.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions to senior leadership.
- Perform advanced profitability and cost-benefit analysis on products, services, customer segments, and business units to inform strategic investments and resource allocation.
- Design and deliver executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced BI tools to communicate performance metrics, forecasts, and actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in a scaling tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferable.
- Professional certifications such as CMA, CFA, or FMVA are highly desirable.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
- Extensive experience preparing internal and external reports for SaaS and VC-backed companies, including company-level financial statements, key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV), and investor reporting.
- Proven track record in technology, solutions, and high-growth startups is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
- Mastery of Excel and financial software systems (e.g., ERP platforms, BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI, and SaaS-specific tools like Drivetrain or Adaptive Insights).
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding teams or projects.
- Proven ability to present complex financial insights to senior executives and influence decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
