فرصة تمهير لوظيفة محاسب في شركة عبدالله هاشم المحدودة بالرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد البيانات المالية والميزانيات والتوقعات، ودعم أنشطة إقفال نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة.
  • إدارة المعاملات المحاسبية بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة (AP) والحسابات المدينة (AR) والتسويات البنكية.
  • ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية واللوائح الضريبية وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية.
  • إجراء التحليل المالي وتقديم رؤى لدعم أداء الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات.
  • التنسيق مع المدققين، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة، ودعم إعداد الرواتب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الأهلية لبرنامج تمهير.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office.
  • قدرات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مفضلة).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors, maintain accurate financial records, and support payroll and.
