About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Data Intelligence analyst to join our team supporting the B2C business. In this role, you will help translate business questions into data-driven insights, working closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and support decision-making through descriptive analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct descriptive analysis to support the B2C business, identifying trends and patterns in customer and transaction data.
• Translate business requirements into data insights and actionable reports.
• Monitor performance of basic KPIs and report irregularities or anomalies in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business teams.
• Assist in gathering data requirements from stakeholders under guidance from senior analysts.
• Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Collaborate with senior team members on analytical projects and present findings in a clear, simple format.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Business Administration.
• Logically sound with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills (querying, joins, aggregations).
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or academic project experience in analytics is a plus.
