Alat is looking for a Director, Internal Audit - GRC to join our Corporate Audit function in Riyadh.

This role focused on strengthening Alat’s governance, risk management, compliance, and control environment through high-quality, risk-based audit engagements.

The successful candidate will provide assurance and advisory support across key GRC areas, identify control gaps and systemic risks, and work closely with management to enhance oversight, accountability, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk-based GRC audit engagements
• Assess governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Identify control gaps, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare clear, high-impact audit reports and executive-level insights
• Engage senior stakeholders and support informed decision-making
• Monitor remediation plans and ensure timely implementation
• Support enterprise risk assessments and annual audit planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CIA, CISA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification are preferred.
• Approximately 15+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, GRC, or related assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to operate with independence, sound judgment, and strategic perspective.
