Role Description The Technician role at 3iSolution is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah of the Saudi National Only. The Technician will support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and low current systems across client projects. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, following work orders and technical drawings, and ensuring work complies with safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with engineers and project managers, documenting completed work, and coordinating with team members to meet project timelines.

The Technician is expected to use tools and testing equipment effectively and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

* Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, or low current systems and practical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions, and follow standard operating procedures.

* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to construction, MEP, and technology environments.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate work with engineers, supervisors, and project managers.

* Basic computer literacy for using maintenance logs, reporting tools, and project documentation systems.

* Relevant technical diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or technology fields.

* Previous experience in contracting, MEP, low current, or facilities maintenance roles is an advantage.
