Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Haql. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include operating and maintaining coffee equipment, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring all customer needs are met with a friendly and professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Barista experience and proficiency in coffee preparation techniques are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience for all patrons.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and the ability to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing an exceptional coffee experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexibility in work schedules, including weekends and holidays, is an advantage.
