PKI Operations Specialist

Location: Riyadh, KSA

SURE GLOABL TEC.

We are hiring a PKI Operations Specialist to handle day-to-day certificate lifecycle operations, operational controls, runbooks, evidence generation, and routine PKI service readiness.

This is the execution-heavy operational role, distinct from PKI Admin.

·       Execute certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, suspension, and operational workflows.

·       Operate according to approved procedures, checklists, and runbooks.

·       Maintain CRL and OCSP-related operational follow-up and records.

·       Support key ceremony preparation and controlled operational tasks.

·       Monitor PKI operational health and escalate incidents when needed.

·       Maintain audit trails, logs, and operational evidence.

·       Prepare MIS and operational reports and support audit requests.

·       Work with compliance, PKI admin, and security teams during reviews and incidents.

·       3+ years in PKI operations, certificate operations, security operations, or controlled IT operations.

·       Good understanding of certificate lifecycle concepts.

·       Good documentation and procedural discipline.

·       Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.

·       Experience with CA or RA operations.

·       Exposure to HSM-backed environments.

·       Exposure to WebTrust, ETSI, or regulated operations.

·       Experience in audited, high-control environments.
