شركة نما للمطاعم تبحث عن مدير مالي لإدارة وتطوير الوظائف المالية للشركة، في مدينة مكة جدة السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محترف مالي عملي ذو خبرة قوية في مجال التجارة والتوزيع والسلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) والمنتجات الغذائية أو الأعمال القائمة على المخزون. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي قادراً على إدارة العمليات المالية، والإغلاق الشهري، وإعداد التقارير، والتدفقات النقدية، والمقبوضات، والمدفوعات، وتكلفة المنتجات، وتحليل الربحية. كما يجب أن يمتلك خبرة عملية في المالية القائمة على المخزون، بما في ذلك تكلفة البضائع المباعة (COGS) والتكلفة الواصلة (landed cost) والتدفق النقدي والتقادم (aging) وتحليل الربحية حسب SKU والعميل والعلامة التجارية وقناة البيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية اليومية.
- معالجة الإغلاق الشهري وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير قائمة الدخل (P&L) والميزانية العمومية والتدفق النقدي والميزانية.
- مراقبة المقبوضات والمدفوعات والتحصيلات وتقارير التقادم (aging).
- مراجعة تكلفة المنتج وتكلفة البضائع المباعة والتكلفة الواصلة وهوامش الربح الإجمالي.
- تحليل الربحية حسب SKU والعميل والعلامة التجارية وقناة البيع.
- مراقبة دوران المخزون وتأثيره على الربحية والتدفق النقدي.
- مراجعة العروض الترويجية والحسومات والخصومات والخصومات التجارية.
- تقديم إنذارات مبكرة بشأن مخاطر التدفق النقدي أو المشكلات المالية.
- إدارة Zoho Books و Zoho Inventory من منظور مالي.
- دعم الإدارة بتقارير مالية واضحة ورؤى تجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المالية أو المحاسبة.
- خبرة في التجارة أو التوزيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو المنتجات الغذائية أو الأعمال القائمة على المخزون.
- معرفة قوية بتكلفة المخزون والتدفق النقدي والمقبوضات وتحليل الربحية.
- مهارات قوية في Excel وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- خبرة مع أنظمة المحاسبة؛ Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل SOCPA أو CMA أو ACCA مفضلة ولكنها ليست إلزامية.
- مهارات جيدة في القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- ملكية قوية ودقة وقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

A trading and distribution company is looking for a Finance Manager to manage and develop the company’s finance function.
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional with strong experience in trading, distribution, FMCG, food products, or inventory-based businesses. The ideal candidate should be able to manage financial operations, monthly closing, reporting, cash flow, receivables, payables, product costing, and profitability analysis.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory-based finance, including COGS, landed cost, cash flow, aging, and profitability analysis by SKU, customer, brand, and sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Handle monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and aging reports.
- Review product costing, COGS, landed cost, and gross margins.
- Analyze profitability by SKU, customer, brand, and sales channel.
- Monitor inventory turnover and its impact on profitability and cash flow.
- Review promotions, rebates, discounts, and commercial deductions.
- Provide early alerts on cash flow risks or financial issues.
- Manage Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory from a finance perspective.
- Support management with clear financial reports and business insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in trading, distribution, FMCG, food products, or inventory-based businesses.
- Strong knowledge of inventory costing, cash flow, receivables, and profitability analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Experience with accounting systems; Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred but not mandatory.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Strong ownership, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
