تقدم شركة Nahdi Medical Co. وظيفة أخصائي دعم تقني إقليمي في الرياض، السعودية. يتطلب الدور تقديم الدعم التقني اليومي للمستخدمين الإقليميين في المكاتب الإقليمية للشركة والصيدليات، مع بيئة عمل تتضمن 30% عملاً داخلياً و70% عملاً ميدانياً. أيام العمل: 5 أيام في الأسبوع (إجازة يومين) من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً إلى 6:00 مساءً (استراحة ساعة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم التشغيل اليومي لمستخدمي الشركة في الفروع ومكاتب الصيانة، ومراقبة ودعم خدمات المكاتب والشبكة والهواتف IP وقاعات الاجتماعات والطباعة وأجهزة البنية التحتية.
  • تنفيذ مشاريع تقنية المعلومات الخاصة بالشركة وضمان امتثال أجهزة المستخدمين (الشركة والفروع) لسياسات ومعايير تقنية المعلومات.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال للإدارات الداخلية ومستوى التصعيد الثالث، واستقبال التصعيدات في حالات خرق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة من الأطراف الثالثة.
  • التعاون مع الأطراف الثالثة أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع لعمليات الصيدليات (التطبيقات الجديدة للبيع بالتجزئة، أجهزة الصيدليات وتحديث التقنية).
  • دعم التنفيذ والتطوير لعمليات الصيدليات في المكاتب ثم تسليمها للأطراف الثالثة (تحضير تطبيقات البيع بالتجزئة، تكوين الأجهزة للافتتاحات الجديدة، ROBOT، QMS، Drive Thru وغيرها).
  • اختبار الأنظمة الجديدة وتصحيحات التطبيقات قبل النشر لضمان التميز التشغيلي ومعايير مراقبة الجودة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لجميع صيدليات المنطقة المخصصة لضمان علاقة جيدة مع المستخدمين والحفاظ على رضاهم وصافي نقاط الترويج (NPS).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادله.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات.
  • شهادات: ITIL Foundation و SC-OSA Intermediate.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • حزمة Microsoft Office (MS Office Suite).
  • أساسيات الشبكات (Networking Basics).
  • تثبيت أنظمة Windows (Windows Installation).
  • المعرفة بالبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات (Infrastructure Knowledge).

Job Description

Provide daily technical support for regional users at corporate regional offices as well as pharmacies to ensure all regional employees and locations are sustainably up and running as needed.

Accountabilities

  • Supporting daily operation of corporate users at branch offices and maintenance offices monitoring and support office services, network, IP phones, Meeting rooms, Printing and infrastructure devices.
  • Implement IT Corporate projects and ensure End users devices (Corporate & Stores) compliance with IT standards and policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for Nahdi internal department and third level of escalation, receiving the escalations in case of third-party SLA breaching cases.
  • Collaborate with the third parties during the project implementations for stores operations (new retail applications, pharmacies HW and technology refreshment
  • Support in the execution and the development part of stores operations at offices and then hand it over to the third parties (retail applications preparation, devices configuration for new openings, ROBOT, QMS, Drive Thru. Etc.)
  • Testing new systems and applications patches before deployment to ensure applications of operations excellence and quality control standards.
  • Conducting regular site visits to all assigned regional stores, to ensure good relationship with end users and maintain their satisfaction and NPS.

Job Requirements

  • Education :BSc in IT (or related)
  • Experience: 0-3 Years of Experience
  • Skills:
    • MS Office Suite
    • Networking Basics
    • Windows installation
    • Infrastructure Knowledge
  • Certifications: Certified ITIL Foundation, and SC-OSA Inter mediate Level
  • Languages: English - Arabic
