An exciting opportunity is available for (Representative VI, Rassas Recycling) based in Riyadh - KSA.

Who will report directly to Section Head, Rassas Recycling.

 Summary:

Receives and processes for non-routine customer inquiries and/or complaints covering products and services Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff. May handle multiple product markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Act as first referral point for escalated customer calls to ensure the handling of routine customer complaints is met.
• Serves as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
• Assists with research into a variety of customer complaints and issues to obtain a resolution.
• Knowledge of company product lines, product features and attributes, existing markets and market-related initiatives.
• Tracks order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
• Completes reports and documentation as required.
• Follows up on internal and external complaints.
• Participates in team projects. Identifies and shares continuous improvement ideas that enhance customer requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

Degree or Diploma Level Education and qualification.

Minimum Experience:

0-2 years of experience or more in similar field.

Required Skills:

• Valid driving license to drive the medium truck
• Should know the geographical area in western, central and eastern provinces.
