Job Purpose:

Supports branch operations by monitoring sales activities, inventory movement, branch performance, and staff compliance to ensure smooth retail operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular branch visits and monitor daily operations.
• Follow up on sales invoices, inventory transfers, and branch reports.
• Supervise product displays and promotional materials in branches.
• Identify branch issues and support problem resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Support sales development and achievement of regional targets.
• Conduct periodic and surprise inventory checks.
• Ensure branches maintain a professional appearance and operational standards.
• Coordinate branch operational needs and follow up on POS and banking devices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or branch operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
