المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة المضخات والمعدات الثقيلة المرتبطة بها أثناء عمليات البترول والخدمات الصناعية، مع ضمان التعامل الآمن والفعال مع السوائل.
- بدء تشغيل المضخات وإيقافها وضبطها، وفحص المقاييس ومعدلات التدفق ومستويات الضغط، وإبلاغ المشرفين بأي حالات غير طبيعية.
- التعامل مع أنابيب التبطين وعمليات الأسمنت حسب الحاجة، وإجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الضخ.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة، والمشاركة في التدريب أثناء العمل، ودعم فرق الصيانة أثناء الإصلاحات البسيطة، والتعاون مع الزملاء لضمان سير العمليات الميدانية بسلاسة وامتثالاً للمعايير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة وأنظمة المضخات في البيئات الصناعية أو البترولية.
- معرفة بمعالجة أنابيب التبطين وعمليات الحقل ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بعمليات خلط الأسمنت وضخه وتطبيقه في البيئات الصناعية أو حقول النفط.
- القدرة على إجراء فحص دوري للمضخات والخراطيم والصمامات والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
- الاستعداد للمشاركة في التدريب المستمر واتباع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.
- كفاءة ميكانيكية أساسية والقدرة على إجراء فحوصات وتعديلات طفيفة للمعدات.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالجبيل في ظروف خارجية متغيرة وبنظام الورديات حسب الحاجة.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل الحصول على تدريب تقني أو مهني في العمليات الصناعية.
