تعلن شركة Henkel عن فرصة تدريب داخلي في قسم سلسلة التوريد الإقليمية (المواد الخام والتعبئة) في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية للموردين (أرامكو وسابك)، بما في ذلك تنفيذ الحجوزات، تنسيق التسليم، متابعة الفواتير، وصيانة البوابة/الحساب.
- مراقبة أنظمة حجز الموردين في الوقت الفعلي وتنفيذ الحجوزات الحرجة فور إتاحة التخصيص لضمان توفير المواد.
- الحفاظ على متتبعات حجوزات مفصلة تتضمن الطوابع الزمنية، المحاولات، التأكيدات، وسجلات التصعيد، لضمان الشفافية الكاملة في التنفيذ.
- تنسيق التزويد الكامل للمواد الخام والتعبئة عن طريق تحويل طلبات الشراء إلى أوامر شراء، إصدار الأوامر، وتتبع تأكيدات الموردين.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع تخطيط الإنتاج لضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب، مع إدارة النقص والتأخيرات ومخاطر المخزون بشكل استباقي.
- إعداد وصيانة تقارير التوريد والمخزون (مثل DOC، OSMI، L16)، ودعم تحليل مستويات المخزون والنقص وأداء الموردين (OTIF).
- التعاون عبر الأقسام ومع الأطراف الخارجية (المشتريات، التصنيع، اللوجستيات، المالية، الموردين) لضمان تنفيذ سلس للتوريد وتحسين مستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الهندسة الصناعية، العمليات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 1–2 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة في تخطيط المواد، سلسلة التوريد، أو إدارة المخزون (يمكن أخذ التدريب الداخلي أو برامج المتدربين في الاعتبار).
- فهم أساسي لعمليات تخطيط التوريد بما في ذلك المشتريات، تخطيط الإنتاج، وعمليات المستودعات.
- الإلمام بتخطيط المواد الخام والتعبئة في بيئة تصنيع أو سلع استهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) يُعد ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية في استخدام SAP أو أنظمة ERP المماثلة لإدارة الأوامر وإعداد التقارير.
- إتقان قوي لبرنامج Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات MS Office الأخرى لإعداد التقارير والتحليل.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الوظائف والتشغيل.

About this Position The Regional Raw & Packs Intern supports operational supply planning activities to ensure the timely replenishment of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites.
What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Manage key supplier accounts (Aramco & SABIC), including booking execution, delivery coordination, invoice follow-up, and portal/account maintenance.
- Monitor supplier booking systems in real time and execute time-critical bookings immediately upon allocation release to secure materials.
- Maintain detailed booking trackers, including timestamps, attempts, confirmations, and escalation logs, ensuring full transparency of execution.
- Coordinate end-to-end replenishment of raw and packaging materials by converting PRs to POs, issuing orders, and tracking supplier confirmations.
- Align closely with production planning to ensure timely material availability, while proactively managing shortages, delays, and inventory risks.
- Prepare and maintain supply and inventory reports (e.g., DOC, OSMI, L16), supporting analysis of stock levels, shortages, and supplier OTIF performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and externally (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, suppliers) to ensure smooth supply execution and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in materials planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or trainee programs may be considered)
- Basic understanding of supply planning processes, including procurement, production planning, and warehouse operations
- Exposure to raw and packaging materials planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for order management and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications for reporting and analysis
- Good command of English and Arabic with ability to work in a cross-functional and operational environment
