شركة Sahm Capital (سهم كابيتال) تبحث عن أخصائي رعاية عملاء للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف والكتابة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- الاستجابة السريعة لأسئلة العملاء وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة.
- حفظ سجلات جميع تفاعلات العملاء والمعاملات والتعليقات والشكاوى.
- التنسيق مع الفريق الفني لحل مشكلات العملاء ومتابعتها.
- إعداد تقارير عن جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- التحلي بالصبر والهدوء والقدرة على حل المشكلات المعقدة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- حاصل على شهادة CME-1.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في رعاية العملاء.
- معرفة أو خبرة في أسواق الأسهم والتداول.
- الإلمام بأنظمة رعاية العملاء.
- مسجل لدى هيئة السوق المالية (CMA) وجاهز للعمل.

Job Objective
Provide support to clients by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting in achieving Sahm’s objectives in line with CMA regulations and client care standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and written inquiries per company standards.
Respond promptly to client questions and provide necessary information.
Maintain records of all client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve client issues and follow up.
Generate reports on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Patient, calm, and able to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
CME-1 qualification.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year in client care.
Knowledge or experience in stock markets and trading.
Familiarity with client care systems.
Additional
CMA registered (able function).
