شركة Omrania تبحث عن مهندس كهربائي أول (إشراف موقع) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستشرف على عمليات الهندسة الكهربائية في الموقع، وتضمن تنفيذ المشاريع بأعلى المعايير مع الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات العميل واللوائح المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة الهندسية الكهربائية في الموقع والتنسيق لضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات التصميمية ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية.
- قيادة فرق الهندسة الكهربائية وتوجيههم، وتقديم الإرشاد الفني وملاحظات الأداء وفرص التطوير المهني.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق منتظمة للموقع للتحقق من الامتثال لوثائق التصميم وبروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن لحل المشكلات الفنية وإدارة أوامر التغيير والحفاظ على زخم المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات، وتحديد المخاطر مبكرًا وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بحسم.
- إعداد تقارير موقع شاملة ووثائق فنية وتحديثات التقدم لإدارة المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والبدء للأنظمة الكهربائية لضمان عمل جميع الأنظمة بأمان وكفاءة.
- التواصل مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الإنشاءات وفرق الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) والتخصصات الأخرى لضمان التنسيق متعدد التخصصات بسلاسة في الموقع.
- الحفاظ على تواصل شفاف مع مديري المشاريع ومتخصصي الجودة والعملاء بشأن الأمور الفنية وحالة المشروع.
- ضمان دمج بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة في جميع ممارسات العمل وعمليات الموقع وفقًا لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد الخبير بشأن وثائق التأهيل وطلبات العروض (RFPs) واستفسارات العملاء.
- تحليل التحديات التقنية بشكل منهجي وتطوير حلول مبتكرة فعالة من حيث التكلفة تحافظ على سلامة المشروع.
- الحفاظ على أنظمة توثيق منظمة وضمان أن جميع سجلات الموقع دقيقة وكاملة ويسهل الوصول إليها لأغراض التدقيق والمراجعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الكهربائية، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في الإشراف الميداني أو إدارة المشاريع في الموقع.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق الهندسة الكهربائية وإدارة علاقات المقاولين والموردين.
- خبرة في التنسيق متعدد التخصصات (MEP) في مشاريع متوسطة إلى كبيرة الحجم.
- خلفية قوية في الامتثال لسلامة الموقع وبروتوكولات التفتيش وإدارة الصحة والسلامة.
- خبرة في جدولة المشاريع ومراقبة التقدم وإدارة الميزانية.
- سجل حافل في تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح في الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل الحصول على رخصة مهنية (PE) أو شهادة معادلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية (PMP) أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات الصحة والسلامة ذات الصلة بأعمال البناء والكهرباء.
- الإلمام باللوائح والكودات السعودية المحلية للأبنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان متقدم في نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) وتقنيات الرقمنة.
- مهارات متخصصة في AutoCAD وREVIT وNavisworks ومجموعة MS Office.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج التصميم الكهربائي مثل Dialux Evo وأدوات الحساب المتخصصة.
- قدرة قوية على إجراء الحسابات اليدوية والمحوسبة والتحليلات الفنية وحل المشكلات.
- قدرة مثبتة على تفسير وتطبيق معايير التصميم والوثائق الفنية.
- معرفة متقدمة بمبادئ الهندسة الكهربائية في الجهد المنخفض (LV) والإضاءة والجهد المنخفض جدًا (ELV) وتصميم السلامة من الحريق (FLS).
- فهم شامل لمعايير التصميم الدولية مثل BS-EN وCIBSE وASHRAE وNFPA.
- معرفة ممتازة بلوائح الهيئات التنظيمية المحلية ومتطلبات التقديم في المملكة العربية السعودية والشرق الأوسط.

- Supervise and coordinate all electrical engineering activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
- Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design documentation, safety protocols, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, manage change orders, and maintain project momentum
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions decisively
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for project management and client stakeholders
- Oversee electrical testing, commissioning, and startup activities, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary coordination on-site

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred)\
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in site supervision or on-site project management roles
- Proven experience leading electrical engineering teams and managing contractor/vendor relationships
- Demonstrated experience with MEP coordination on medium to large-scale projects
- Strong background in site safety compliance, inspection protocols, and Health & Safety management
- Experience with project scheduling, progress monitoring, and budget management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digitalization techniques
- Expert-level skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as Dialux Evo and specialized calculation tools
- Strong capability in manual and computer-aided calculations, technical analyses, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply design standards and technical documentation
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles in Low Voltage (LV), Lighting, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Fire Life Safety (FLS) design
- Comprehensive understanding of international design standards including BS-EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE, and NFPA
- Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities' regulations and submission requirements in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
- Strong understanding of buildability, construction techniques, and site logistics
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient technologies
- Basic understanding of HVAC and public health engineering principles
- Familiarity with QA/QC review processes and quality management systems
