Rewaq Cup is seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator based in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens the brand's digital presence and showcases its products, culture, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include planning and producing photo and video content, managing social media platforms, writing engaging copy, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns. The role also involves community engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and tracking content performance to support continuous growth.

• Proven expertise in content creation and visual storytelling, with professional photography and videography skills for commercial and brand-focused content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Audition, with the ability to produce high-end visual content from concept to final delivery.
• Exceptional video editing and post-production skills, including color grading, motion graphics, sound design, visual effects, transitions, and cinematic storytelling tailored for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of professional camera operation, lighting techniques, composition, and audio recording for high-quality content production.
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills for creating compelling captions and short-form content in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, digital content strategy, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, execute end-to-end campaigns, and maintain a premium and consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social media insights and performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
• Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management is required; experience in the specialty coffee, hospitality, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
