تعلن شركة Flow، المتخصصة في إعادة تعريف مفهوم المعيشة والعمل والتواصل من خلال مشاريع سكنية وفندقية وتجارية مبتكرة في الرياض، عن توفر وظيفة محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) لدعم دورة الإغلاق المالي وإعداد التقارير للكيانات التابعة للشركة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم المحاسب الأول دورة الإغلاق المالي وإعداد التقارير عبر كيانات Flow في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع المراقب المالي لضمان دقة دفتر الأستاذ العام والقوائم المالية والتقارير الإدارية الشهرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة إغلاق الشهر والسنة، بما في ذلك قيود اليومية والاستحقاقات والمصروفات المدفوعة مقدمًا.
- إجراء تسويات دفتر الأستاذ العام وحل التناقضات في الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والتقارير الإدارية للعقارات أو الكيانات المخصصة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة لضمان تسجيل المبالغ المستحقة بدقة.
- دعم إغلاق الشهر من خلال ضمان تسجيل جميع المعاملات بدقة واكتمال السجلات المالية.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات المحاسبية وسير العمل والضوابط الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في المحاسبة؛ يفضل خبرة في مجال العقارات أو إدارة الممتلكات.
- فهم قوي لمعايير IFRS ومبادئ المحاسبة SOCPA.
- خبرة عملية مع QuickBooks أو Odoo أو أنظمة ERP مماثلة (مفضلة بشدة).
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تحليل البيانات وحل المشكلات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إتقان استخدام Excel وبرامج المحاسبة.
- التواصل الفعال باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Role Summary
The Senior Accountant supports the financial close and reporting cycle across Flow's KSA entities. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role ensures the accuracy of the general ledger, financial statements, and monthly management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned properties or entities.
- Coordinate with the AP and AR teams to ensure the accurate recording of payables and receivables.
- Support the month-end close by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and the financial records are complete.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-7 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and SOCPA accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
