شركة Apple تعلن عن وظيفة Manager في متجرها بمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستقود فريقاً وتطوره لتقديم تجربة استثنائية للعملاء ضمن بيئة شاملة وملهمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الفريق وتمكين كل عضو من التعلم والنمو وتحقيق أهداف الأداء والتطوير.
- المساعدة في استقطاب وتدريب وتطوير والاحتفاظ بفريق متنوع وعالي الأداء.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في قيادة صالة المبيعات من خلال التفاعل مع أعضاء الفريق والعملاء في جميع أنحاء المتجر، والنمذجة السلوكية المثلى وضمان تحقيق أولويات العمل وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
- معالجة مخاوف العملاء وأعضاء الفريق والتصعيدات، والتنسيق مع القيادة والشركاء التجاريين أو شركاء الموارد البشرية عند الاقتضاء.
- قيادة أولويات العمل وتحقيق أهداف أداء المتجر من خلال تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تشغيلية في المجالات الوظيفية المحددة.
- الحفاظ على سياسات وإجراءات الشركة والالتزام بها، وحماية جميع أصول الشركة بما في ذلك المعلومات السرية التجارية والعملاء والفريق والمالية.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
- المساهمة في بيئة شاملة باحترام الاختلافات بين الجميع والفضول للتعلم.
- تجسيد قيم Apple في الشمولية والتنوع في الأنشطة اليومية.
- أن تكون قدوة في السلوكيات القيادية الشاملة وبناء وتطوير فرق متنوعة والاحتفاظ بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- التفرغ للعمل وفق جدول زمني يلبي احتياجات العمل وقد يشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية في المتجر، والحضور الموثوق كما هو مقرر وفقاً للقوانين المحلية وأي تسهيلات معتمدة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة المحلية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- خبرة في قيادة الآخرين في مجال التجزئة أو المبيعات أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تجاوز الأهداف بنجاح والإصرار على تحقيق الأهداف رغم العقبات والنكسات.
- متابعة الالتزامات وإنشاء آليات تشجع الآخرين على فعل الشيء نفسه.
- بناء الثقة داخل الفريق والعمل بنزاهة عالية.

Minimum Qualifications
- You should:
- Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
- Be proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
- Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
