تعلن شركة V2X Inc عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي ضبط جودة (Quality Control Specialist - A&P) في الرياض، السعودية. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة صيانة الطائرات بأمان ودقة ووفقاً للمعايير الجوية، حيث تساهم عمليات التفتيش المباشرة في جاهزية الطائرات وسلامتها وقدرتها على إنجاز المهام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش مجدولة وغير مجدولة وعشوائية لضمان توافق أعمال الصيانة مع المعايير الجوية والمنشورات الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- مراجعة أعمال الصيانة المنفذة في جميع التخصصات - بما في ذلك مجموعة نقل الحركة، المحركات، إلكترونيات الطيران، الكهرباء، أعمال الصفائح المعدنية، اللحام، التسلح، مكافحة التآكل، مراقبة الأدوات، وغيرها - للتأكد من دقتها وامتثالها.
- إجراء تفتيش بنسبة 100%، وتفتيش شهري، وفحوص جودة قائمة على الملاحظة.
- التحقق من دقة واكتمال سجلات الطائرات ودفاتر السجلات وبيانات الجاهزية.
- تحديد الاختلالات في الصيانة وإصدار الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق من صحتها لضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
- تصنيف النتائج حسب الخطورة (كبيرة، صغيرة، أو ملاحظة) ودعم تحليل السبب الجذري عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة سجلات الجاهزية وبرامج الصيانة (مراقبة الأدوات، التآكل، TMDE، تحليل الزيت، إلخ) لضمان استيفاء جميع المتطلبات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير التفتيش وتقارير الاختلال ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة سجلات الصيانة وتتبع المكونات ووثائق التوريد لضمان الدقة والتوجيه السليم.
- التحقق من تنفيذ التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين وتوثيقه بشكل صحيح.
- التعاون مع مراقبة الإنتاج والإمدادات الفنية وقادة الصيانة لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- التنسيق مع ممثل الحكومة للرحلات الجوية بشأن متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة.
- تقديم التوجيه لفرق الصيانة لتعزيز التحسين المستمر وتقليل إعادة العمل.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة في صيانة الطيران أو تكنولوجيا الفضاء أو مجال ذي صلة (تقبل درجة البكالوريوس كمعادل، وقد تستوفي مدرسة فنية عسكرية للطيران متطلبات الدرجة إذا كان مسموحاً بذلك تعاقدياً).
- شهادة FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الطائرات المروحية/الدوارة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في ضبط الجودة أو مفتش فني أو دور تفتيش مماثل.
- القدرة على تفسير الكتيبات الفنية ووثائق الصيانة.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير التفتيش ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل مستقل.
- استيفاء المتطلبات البدنية والانتشار والسفر للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل خبرة على طائرات AH-64 أو UH-60 أو MD-530F أو AH-6i.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة.
- يفضل خبرة في إعداد تقارير جاهزية الطائرات.

Overview
The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with aviation standards. Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with aviation standards. Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Review maintenance performed across all disciplines-including Powertrain, Engines, Avionics, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding, Armament, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and more-to confirm accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct 100% inspections, monthly inspections, and observation-based quality checks.
- Verify aircraft logbooks, records, and readiness data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Identify maintenance discrepancies and issue corrective actions.
- Track and validate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Classify findings by severity (major, minor, or observation) and support root-cause analysis when needed.
- Review readiness and maintenance program records (Tool Control, Corrosion, TMDE, Oil Analysis, etc.) to ensure all requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and corrective action documentation.
- Monitor maintenance records, component tracking, and supply documentation to ensure accuracy and proper routing.
- Verify that on-the-job training (OJT) for maintainers is properly executed and documented. Collaborate with Production Control, Technical Supply, and Maintenance leadership to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Government Flight Representative on maintenance test flight documentation requirements.
- Provide guidance to maintenance teams to promote continuous improvement and reduce rework.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Technology, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree accepted as equivalent
- Military aviation technical school may satisfy degree requirements (if contractually allowed)
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- 5+ years of helicopter/rotary-wing maintenance experience
- 2+ years in a Quality Control, Technical Inspector, or similar inspection role
- Strong ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation
- Ability to produce inspection reports and corrective action documents independently
- Must meet physical, deployment, and travel requirements for work in KSAFAA
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Experience on AH-64, UH-60, MD-530F, or AH-6i aircraft
- Experience supporting maintenance test flight documentation requirements
- Experience with aircraft readiness reporting
- Aircraft consistently meet mission-capable readiness targets
- Corrective actions are completed on time and do not reoccur
- No repeated major quality findings
- Local maintainers show improved performance and reduced rework over time
