شركة ATDI Group، الرائدة عالمياً في تطوير أنظمة إدارة الطيف التلقائي، تبحث عن مهندس RF خريج جديد (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض، إمام الجامعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اكتساب معرفة عميقة بمنتجات ATDI وحلولها البرمجية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء المتعلق باستخدام برمجيات ATDI.
- إجراء دورات تدريبية للعملاء بعد اكتساب المهارات اللازمة.
- تمثيل الشركة في المعارض والمؤتمرات، وقيادة عروض المنتجات والتدريب إقليمياً.
- المساهمة في أنشطة ما قبل البيع مثل تقديم العروض للعملاء والمتابعة حسب الحاجة.
- العمل في موقع العميل أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع وتقديم استشارات فنية متخصصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في تخصص هندسي ذي صلة من جامعة مرموقة، ويفضّل تخصص الهندسة الكهربائية.
- مشروع تخرج ذو صلة بترددات الراديو (RF) أو الاتصالات اللاسلكية (يفضّل).
- لا تشترط خبرة عمل سابقة، لكن الخبرة كمساعد مختبر أو مدرس في الجامعة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الجنسية السعودية (إلزامي).
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل منطقة دول الخليج عند الحاجة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة مكتبية مشتركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل باستقلالية مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- الرغبة القوية في التعلم واتباع التعليمات.
- تفضّل الدرجات العالية في المواد المتعلقة بالاتصالات اللاسلكية.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about Radio Frequency (RF) and wireless communication technologies. You will embark on a steep learning curve, gain exposure to cutting-edge RF network planning and optimization, and work alongside global experts in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn ATDI Products: Gain in-depth knowledge of ATDI software solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers using ATDI software.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers after acquiring the necessary skills.
- Exhibitions & Demos: Represent the company at exhibitions and lead product demonstrations and training regionally.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in customer demos, follow-ups, and other pre-sales activities.
- Project Support: Work on-site with customers during specific projects and deliver niche technical consultations.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline from a reputable university.
- Preference for candidates from Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Experience:
- Graduation project related to Radio Frequency or Wireless Communication is ideal.
- Previous experience as a university lab assistant or tutor is a plus.
- High scores in wireless-related subjects are highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal oversight.
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi citizen.
- Availability to travel across the GCC region when required.
- Comfortable working in a shared office environment.

Requirements
· Fresh graduate (BE or above) in relative engineering domain from a reputable university - preference if under the faculty or electrical engineering
· Graduation project relevant to Radio Frequency and Wireless communication is ideal
· No previous work experience required but highly desired
· Good English communication and writing skills
· Good score in relevant Wireless subjects is desired
· Ideal candidate is someone who worked in the university as a lab assistant or tutor
· Available to travel in the GCC region when needed
