Company Description Nujoom Sports Management is a growing sports organization founded in Jeddah in 2024, dedicated to helping people of all ages discover, enjoy, and progress in sport within a safe and structured environment. The company operates BR Swimming Academy, Nujoom Football Club, Jeddah Social Swim, and Yalla Koora, a drop-and-play football concept in shopping malls across Saudi Arabia. In addition to its own brands, Nujoom provides consultancy, facility management, school PE curriculum support, and CSR programming for people of determination, partnering with schools, venues, developers, and organizations. Nujoom now operates in multiple cities including Jeddah, Riyadh, Tabuk, Medina, and Jizan, and continues to expand. All initiatives are aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting a healthier and more active nation through community-focused sports pathways.

Role Description The Lead Coach for the Recreation Football Academy will oversee and deliver high-quality football coaching sessions for children and youth in a recreational setting. This full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah includes planning age-appropriate training programs, leading daily practice sessions, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. The Lead Coach will mentor and guide assistant coaches, coordinate session schedules, and monitor player development using clear goals and feedback. The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians, collaboration with academy management on program improvements, and support for events, tournaments, and community outreach activities. The Lead Coach will also help uphold Nujoom’s standards of safeguarding, sportsmanship, and character development on and off the pitch.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and tactical expertise in Football, with proven Football Coaching experience in youth or recreational academies.
• Demonstrated Coaching and Training skills, including session planning, player development, and safe practice management.
• Excellent Communication abilities for working with children, families, coaching staff, and management.
• Recognized coaching certifications or licenses in football or sports coaching (national or international) are highly preferred.
• Experience working in community, grassroots, or academy environments, with a commitment to inclusive and participant-centered coaching.
• Ability to lead and mentor coaching teams, manage multiple training groups, and adapt sessions to different ages and skill levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with reliability in maintaining schedules and administrative records.
• Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety standards, and risk management in youth sports settings.
• Working proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by academy operations and events.
