شركة Zegna تبحث عن مراقب مخزون (Stock Controller) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عملية نقل المخزون إلى المستودع ومنه إلى المتجر وبين المتاجر، وضمان تسجيل الحركات وتحديثها لتقليل التناقضات.
- الإشراف على جميع عمليات تدقيق المستودع، وعد المخزون، ومعالجة التناقضات وحلّها.
- تقديم تحديثات حول التسليمات، مستويات المخزون، الطلبات المعلقة، المطالبات المتعلقة بالتلف/النقص في البضائع، وعملية إعادة التزويد.
- ضمان التعديل المناسب للبضائع التالفة وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
- إعداد التقويم السنوي لجرد المخزون بالتنسيق مع مدير العمليات ومدير المتجر، وإبلاغ الخطة للمعنيين، وضمان الامتثال من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة للجرد الفعلي، والإشراف على العملية ومراقبة الالتزام بالسياسات.
- مراجعة نتائج الجرد بالتنسيق مع أخصائي عمليات التجزئة والجملة المحلي/مدير المالية، وتسوية الأرقام عبر مراقبة حركات ونقل المخزون في المتاجر.
- إعداد تقارير بناءً على النتائج وتقديم التوصيات لأخصائي عمليات التجزئة والجملة المحلي، وتنفيذ خطط عمل خسائر المخزون ومراقبة الالتزام بها.
- الإشراف على عملية شحن البضائع والتنسيق مع EZ في إيطاليا وشركة الخدمات اللوجستية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمتاجر.
- توجيه وتدريب وتقييم وتحفيز الموظفين لتمكين المرؤوسين (إن وجد) من تحقيق إمكاناتهم الكاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تعليمي: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو خريج تجارة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال التجزئة الفاخرة (luxury retail).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إلمام بالحاسوب واستخدام Oracle أو برنامج إدارة مخزون مماثل.
- تنظيم عالي وقدرة على متابعة التعليمات بشكل جيد.
- خلفية تجارية في قطاع التجزئة.

Key Responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the entire process of stock transfer into warehouse, warehouse to store and inter store, ensure the movements are recorded and updated to reduce discrepancies.
- Oversee all Warehouse audit - stock count - discrepancy and resolving process.
- Provide valuable update on deliveries, stock levels, pending orders, claims for the damaged/shortage of merchandise & replenishment process.
- Ensure proper adjustment of defective stock items as per company policy.
- Prepare the annual stock take calendar in conjunction with Operations Manager and Store Manager, communicate the plan to all concerned and ensure compliance to the plan by mobilizing the requisite manpower and other related resources for the physical stock take. Oversee the physical stock take process, monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
- Review stock take results in conjunction with the Local Retail & Wholesale Operations Specialist / Finance Manager and reconcile the figures by monitoring stock movements and transfers in the stores.
- Prepare reports based on the findings and provide recommendations and suggestions to the Local Retail & Wholesale Operations Specialist. Implement stock loss action plans (formulated as a result of stock counts in the retail stores) and monitor their adherence.
- Oversee the process of shipments for the goods, coordinate with EZ in Italy and the logistics company to ensure timely delivery to the stores.
- Guide, train appraise & motivate staff to enable subordinates (if any) realize their full potential.
Education/ Qualification
- High school qualification / Commerce Graduate
- 2 to 4 years’ luxury retail experience
- Computer literacy in Oracle or similar inventory control program
- Highly organized, good follow up on instructions and commercial background in retail
