PayLink، شركة سعودية مملوكة للقطاع الخاص وتعمل في مجال بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني تحت إشراف البنك المركزي السعودي، تبحث عن أخصائي استمرارية الأعمال (Business Continuity Specialist) للعمل بشكل كامل في المقر الرئيسي بالخبر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة خطط استمرارية الأعمال والمرونة لضمان قدرة عمليات PayLink على تحمل الاضطرابات والتعافي منها.
- تقييم المخاطر وإجراء تحليلات أثر الأعمال (Business Impact Analysis).
- توثيق العمليات والتنسيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لوضع استراتيجيات استمرارية.
- اختبار وتحديث خطط استمرارية الأعمال بشكل دوري.
- إدارة إجراءات الاستجابة للحوادث.
- إعداد التقارير وتقديم جلسات تدريب وتوعية للموظفين.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز المرونة المؤسسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تخطيط استمرارية الأعمال (Business Continuity Planning) واستمرارية الأعمال والمرونة المؤسسية مع خبرة في تطوير وصيانة أطر الاستمرارية.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة لتقييم المخاطر وتحليل أثر الأعمال واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل واضحة وفعالة للتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة وإعداد الوثائق وتقديم التدريب.
- معرفة بالمعايير وأفضل الممارسات ذات الصلة (مثل ISO 22301 أو أطر استمرارية الأعمال المماثلة).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في الخدمات المالية أو التكنولوجيا المالية (Fintech) أو البيئات الخاضعة للرقابة (ميزة إضافية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المخاطر أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Continuity Specialist based in Al Khobar. The specialist will design, implement, and maintain business continuity and resilience plans to ensure PayLink’s operations can withstand and recover from disruptions. Daily tasks include assessing risks, conducting impact analyses, documenting processes, and coordinating continuity strategies with cross-functional teams. The role also involves testing and updating business continuity plans, managing incident response procedures, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards. The specialist will prepare reports, deliver training and awareness sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen organizational resilience.

- Excellent Analytical Skills for risk assessment, business impact analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and delivering training.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301 or similar business continuity frameworks).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
