We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman - Engineering & Construction to join our Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will lead construction site operations by supervising specialist teams, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is a key link between the client, contractors, subcontractors, and project management, driving operational excellence across civil construction and infrastructure works.

• Lead and supervise daily engineering and construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all construction activities.
• Manage site administration, workforce coordination, and construction documentation.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, resource utilization, costs, and work quality.
• Oversee heavy concrete works, formwork, scaffolding, excavation, surveying, and civil construction activities.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve site issues and maintain effective working relationships.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop construction crews while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support quality management systems, construction testing, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, resource utilization, and construction performance.

• A-Level qualification, NQF Level 4 Certificate in Building or Construction, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Basic Survey Certificate is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and construction projects.

• Heavy Concrete Works
• Formwork
• Scaffolding
• Excavation and Surveying
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, quality management systems, construction planning, and project administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, financial awareness, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in mining, industrial, infrastructure, or remote-site construction projects is highly desirable.
